The provision of impartial medical opinion, where the International Protection Accommodation Services (IPAS) require medical expertise or medical advice associated with, but not exclusive to, requests from International Protection Applicants (or those advocating on their behalf) for transfers to alternative accommodation centres, changes to accommodation type or location or the provision of additional/special reception conditions on medical grounds.
