The consulting institution shall have been established for no less than three years, possess sound financial standing and provide audited financial statements for the past three years, maintain standardized organizational management, and have no record of major legal or disciplinary violations in the past three years. B.Priority will be given to consulting institutions with strong research capacity and technical expertise in areas such as dairy buffalo breeding, animal nutrition regulation, forage utilization, animal husbandry breeding management, and research on the production performance of dairy cattle or buffalo.
