Other information Qualification Requirements for the Consulting Firm 1. The consulting firm shall be legally registered within the People's Republic of China, with independent legal person status. Eligible institutions include research institutes, universities, technical service enterprises, or specialized research organizations with the necessary qualifications to undertake scientific research projects or technical service work in the fields of agriculture, particularly agricultural product preservation, post-harvest storage and transportation preservation of fruits and vegetables, and green agriculture. The consulting firm is required to have been established for no less than three years, possess sound financial standing, and shall provide audited financial statements for the past three years (non-profit institutions such as research institutes, universities, and specialized research organizations shall provide the annual financial final account statements or annual financial statements stamped with the unit's official seal for the past three years if no third-party audit reports are available), have standardized organizational management, and have no record of major legal or disciplinary violations in the past three years. 2.
