Original language: slPredmet javnega naročila je: Izvajanje del službe reševanja iz vode na Bazenu Velenje, Kopališka ulica 2, 3320 Velenje, zimski (pokriti) bazen, skladno z Zakonom o varstvu pred utopitvami (Uradni list RS, št. 42/07 - uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 9/11, 85/25), Pravilnikom o ukrepih za varstvo pred utopitvami na kopališčih (Uradni list RS, št. 84/07, 22/13, 33/18, 47/19) in Pravilnikom o reševalcih iz vode (Uradni list RS, št. 103/11, 96/20, 31/21, 58/23) opravlja en reševalec na izmeno na pokritem bazenu. Opravljanje službe reševanja iz vode poteka v obratovalni sezoni Bazena Velenje, praviloma vsak dan od 8.00 do 22.00 ure, po potrebi zaradi večjega obsega programa lahko tudi več časa. Obdobje izvajanja razpisane storitve je 2 leti (24 mesecev) od dneva podpisa pogodbe.
