The Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Knowledge is seeking to combine human, technical, administrative, and financial efforts to develop and implement integral actions for the strengthening and safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage, cultural rights, and the reparation of cultural damage for the four indigenous peoples of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
