Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky kancelářských potřeb, jejichž seznam s požadovanými parametry je uveden v Příloze č. 3 ZD. Zadavatel v této příloze uvádí, s ohledem na dosavadní zkušenosti, předpokládané množství kancelářských potřeb v průběhu následujících 48 měsíců. Jedná se o vyhrazenou veřejnou zakázku podle § 38 ZZVZ. Tato veřejná zakázka na dodávky je zadávána v souladu s centrálním nákupem státu a s rozhodnutím ministra zemědělství České republiky ze dne 30. 06. 2020 o společném nákupu, resortním společném nákupu, centrálním nákupu státu a meziresortním společném nákupu, v otevřeném řízení podle § 56 ZZVZ. Centrální zadavatel zadává veřejnou zakázku pro sebe a pro jiné zadavatele (dále jen „pověřující zadavatelé“) podle § 9 odst. 1 písm. b) ZZVZ na základě „Smlouvy o centralizovaném zadávání“. Při následném plnění této veřejné zakázky bude centrální zadavatel vystupovat ve stejném postavení jako ostatní pověřující zadavatelé.
