Original language: FrenchL'objet du marché est une prestation de services d'assurance dans le cadre des travaux de démolition et de dépollution des sols. Pour le lot n°1, la réponse à une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle imposée est obligatoire, celle-ci intervient en préfinancement des polices de Responsabilité Civile des constructeurs, lorsque la responsabilité de l'assuré est recherchée du fait de dommages causés à un Tiers imputables aux constructeurs. Il garantit, dès que le montant du dommage indemnisable aura été déterminé, le paiement par avance, franchise déduite, de l'indemnité due au Tiers lésé, pour le compte des constructeurs éventuels responsables desdits dommages, dont la responsabilité leur seraient imputables dans le cadre de l'Activité garantie. Cette PSE sera prise en compte pour l'évaluation et le classement des offres. L'attention des candidats est attirée sur le fait qu'une réponse incomplète constituera un motif d'irrégularité.
