Description

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking to retain one or more consultants to provide auditing services for agreements in NYCEDCs real estate portfolio (including, but not limited to, leases, contracts, management agreements, and operating agreements) to assess compliance with the revenue sharing provisions and other provisions in such agreements. The consultants may also be asked to prepare lease abstracts and advise NYCEDC about structuring revenue sharing provisions in future agreements. The audited agreements will cover a variety of asset classes and uses including, without limitation, commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial properties.NYCEDC plans to select one or more consultants based on the factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP; the proposed fee and cost schedule; the quality of the proposal; the respondents reputation and history; the experience of the key staff identified in the proposal; and any favorable history of doing business with NYCEDC and/or the City.It is the policy of NYCEDC to comply with all federal, state, and City laws and regulations prohibiting unlawful discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, or other protected category and to take affirmative action by working with contracting parties to ensure certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) share in the economic opportunities generated by NYCEDCs projects and initiatives.
