The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at
least [ONE] contract(s) of [Construction works of Cooling Tower /
Retrofitting or Re-strengthening works of Civil Structural
Project] successfully completed within the last [05 (Five)] years with a
value of at least [Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (TWO CORE)]. [The bidder must
submit / attach the specific experience certificate on e-GP system and
the certificate will be verified from respective PEโs office]
2. The required average annual construction turnover under public
sector shall be greater than [Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (TWO CORE)] over the
last [05 (Five)] financial years. [Payment certificates for contracts in
progress or completed during last 5 (five) years under public sector
must be submitted along with the tender in support of calculating
average annual construction turnover and the certificates will be
verified from respective PEโs office. Certificates from private sector /
oranizations will not be considered.]
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital
or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them,
of the Tenderers shall be [Tk. 1,45,00,000.00 (ONE CORE FORTY
FIVE LAC)].
