14-Jul-2026 The main objectives and scope of the assignment include: Reviewing and updating the economic feasibility and detailed engineering design study reports based on best acceptable practices covering the Kapoeta โ Boma - Raad road corridor. Preparing a detailed Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), and Social Infrastructure Needs Assessment reports. Preparing the separate cost estimates (based on recommended Lots) for a complete upgrade of the road corridor to a paved surface and related environmental and social management plans.
