Revitalization of CZT Liberec – GreenNet III – third part

The purpose of the public contract is to achieve the optimization of energy management in the heating network of the CZT Liberec system and the implementation of rationalization measures that will lead to significant energy savings, by converting the steam system connection of the CZT system of the statutory city of Liberec within the GreenNet III project and associated connection adjustments of the GreenNet I, GreenNet II projects and heat sources used by the Contracting Authority. The goal is to address the reduction of heat losses arising from the transport of thermal energy in the affected part of the revitalized heating supply system. The subject of the public contract (work) is the conclusion of a works contract, carried out based on the documentation for the execution of the construction, which was prepared by SITEZ, s.r.o, located at Novoveská 3370, 415 01 Teplice, IČO 28662814, order number 22-067, consisting of the reconstruction of the remaining steam network in Liberec to a hot water network. Specifically, it concerns the project Revitalization of CZT Liberec – GreenNet III, D10 Source modification. The subject of the work is the conversion of the steam system of the Liberec municipal CZT system, consisting of connection to the GreenNet II and GreenNet III hot water distribution networks, modification of steam distribution for the GreenNet III project, and associated connection adjustments of heat sources used by the Contracting Authority, which are also partially changing the medium from steam to hot water, under the conditions specified in the tender documentation in the form of a "turnkey" supply. The work will be carried out on the premises of the contracting authority and the adjacent company TERMIZO, in accordance with the building permit, which will be provided by the Contracting Authority. The result of the work will be a partial change of the heat transfer medium of the CZT system from steam to hot water, modification of the steam system, and the construction of a pipe bridge and storage tanks. The work will also include ensuring the complete continuity of the new equipment with the CZT system and the contracting authority's heating plant equipment, especially ensuring the interconnection and compatibility with parts I and II of the Green Net II and Green Net III projects of the Liberec municipal CZT system, implemented during 2024 and 2025. A detailed specification of the subject of the public contract and technical conditions are provided in the tender documentation, specifically in the project documentation for the execution of the construction and in the documentation part of the project documentation (building permit and related documents), which together form Annex No. 4 of the tender conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "project documentation"), in the blind list of construction works, supplies and services with a bill of quantities, which forms Annex No. 5 of the tender conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "bill of quantities"). The contractor's obligations are further specified in the draft works contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the tender conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "contract" or "draft contract"). The participant shall detail their price offer by completing the bill of quantities (see Article 5 of the tender conditions for more details).
