Original language: skSúťaž návrhov sa vyhlasuje ako ideová súťaž v súlade so Súťažným poriadkom Slovenskej komory architektov v jeho platnom znení a taktiež v súlade so Zákonom č. 343/2015 Z.z. o verejnom obstarávaní v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej aj „ZVO“ alebo „zákon“), v súlade s Vyhláškou Úradu pre verejné obstarávanie č. 157/2016 Z.z. z 23. marca 2016, ktorou sa ustanovujú podrobnosti o druhoch súťaží návrhov v oblasti architektúry, územného plánovania a stavebného inžinierstva, o obsahu súťažných podmienok a o činnosti poroty s prihliadnutím k ustanoveniam Zákona č. 138/1992 Zb. o autorizovaných architektoch a autorizovaných stavebných inžinieroch v znení neskorších predpisov a Zákona č. 185/2015 Z.z. Autorský zákon v znení neskorších predpisov.
