Revitalization of the tenement house at Piotrkowskia 34/Jaracza 1 street in Łódź, including land development and necessary technical infrastructure, in a "design and build" system.

The order will include the development of complete design and cost documentation for the investment, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, and the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction and extension of the front building and the northern outbuilding, including a partial change in the use of the buildings, demolitions, land development, and necessary technical infrastructure elements of the property. The task will be carried out in a "design and build" system. The project will take place within plot no. 358 in area S-1, owned by the Municipality of Łódź. The buildings located at Piotrkowskia 34/Jaracza 1 street are listed in the Municipal Register of Monuments. The property is located in an area entered into the register of monuments under number A/48 as the urban layout of Piotrkowskia street from Wolności Square to Piłsudskiego and Mickiewicza Avenues. The Contracting Authority, within 3 years from the date of awarding the main contract, anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 of the Pzp Act, i.e., the repetition of construction works contracts in individual parts of the contract. Contracts in the aforementioned scope will be awarded based on negotiations with the current Contractor, under the conditions specified in the main contract, in the scope of: Part 1 - Revitalization of the tenement house at Piotrkowskia 34/Jaracza 1 street in Łódź, including land development and necessary technical infrastructure in the "design and build" system - general construction works, including demolition, new structural elements/reinforcements, masonry works, carpentry, roof, facade, insulation, plasters, floors, interior carpentry, - installation works, including electrical and telecommunications installations, sanitary installations, - finishing works, including finishes and/or equipment, - equipment - works related to land development and greenery. The possibility of awarding a contract consisting of repeating similar services or works under the Agreement with the Contractor, up to the amount of PLN 3,854,899.74 net (20% of the value of the main contract).
