Opis przedmiotu zamówienia 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacji inwestycji, pn.: „Rewitalizacja przestrzeni publicznych Pszczewa - Rewitalizacja dziedzińca Szkoły Podstawowej”, znak sprawy: ZP.271.3.2026, dofinansowanej ze środków Unii Europejskiej, w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Lubuskiego 2021–2027, Priorytet 8 Fundusze Europejskie dla lokalnego lubuskiego, Działanie FELB.08.03 Wsparcie terytorialne obszarów innych niż miejskie – rewitalizacja, w ramach której będzie realizowane: a) Przebudowa placu zabaw- w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj, na podstawie Programu Funkcjonalno – użytkowego (PFU), stanowiącego załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. b) Budowa zewnętrznej rampy podjazdowej i przebudowa schodów, na podstawie dokumentacji projektowej- projektu budowlanego wraz z pozwoleniem na budowę (konieczność wykonania projektu technicznego), stanowiącej załącznik nr 9 do SWZ.
