Within the scope of the order, the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to: 1) successive comprehensive booking and purchase of flight tickets in the classes required by the Contracting Authority; 2) receiving and executing orders from the Contracting Authority regarding booking, booking changes, ticket purchase and making all possible changes to purchased tickets; 3) receiving orders placed by e-mail, telephone, in writing and in any other agreed form – by a person authorized by the Contracting Authority; 4) executing the order regarding booking no later than within 1 hour of its receipt; 5) promptly confirming receipt of the purchase order and its execution within 4 hours of its receipt; 6) ensuring 24-hour booking availability 7 days a week, booking changes and ticket redemption, also on weekends and holidays; 7) comprehensive customer service provided each time by a person holding an airline cashier's license; 8) ensuring collision-free execution of multi-leg international and domestic connections and the possibility of combining them; 9) proposing optimal connections and alternative connections, where the total travel time is important; 10) offering the cheapest tickets on a given route specified by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the lowest available published fares, negotiated rates and promotional rates; 11) offering various connection options (minimum three cheapest connections) taking into account the most favorable flight conditions while maintaining an appropriate travel standard – no later than within 1 hour of receiving an inquiry from the Contracting Authority; 12) applying a discount, specified in the Contractor's offer (if a discount is offered), for each ticket purchase; 13) reminding about upcoming ticket redemption deadlines for previously made bookings; 14) at the request of the Contracting Authority – extending existing bookings, and if it is not possible to extend the booking at the current price, informing the Contracting Authority about this fact and the new price; 15) informing the Contracting Authority about all changes concerning booked or purchased tickets, in particular about changes in ticket price, being placed on a waiting list, changes in departure time or cancellation of departure, changes in flight number – immediately after obtaining such information; 16) free delivery of flight tickets and VAT invoices to the Contracting Authority's registered office, within the deadline required by the Contracting Authority; 17) in case of emergency, free delivery of the ticket to its own customer service office at the airport, or to the ticket sales point of the carrier operating the flight; 18) if the journey begins outside Poland, ensuring the possibility of free ticket collection at the representation in the country of departure or, after agreement with the Contracting Authority, free delivery to the recipient in another way enabling the start of the journey on the designated date; 19) providing information and assistance to the traveling person in case of changes during the journey; 20) providing assistance to the traveling person in an emergency situation, including ensuring access to 24-hour Helpdesk service; 21) negotiating favorable terms for the Contracting Authority for the cancellation of ordered tickets with specific carriers; 22) ensuring free exchange of a previously purchased ticket in case of the carrier's bankruptcy, i.e. without re-charging the transaction fee (the Contractor is also obliged to request a refund from the carrier or the trustee for the unused ticket and to return the full amount received for the unused ticket to the Contracting Authority immediately after receiving it (the provision of Chapter III, point 17 of the SWZ applies accordingly)); 23) organizing and ensuring the comprehensive execution of the subject of the order in accordance with the contractual conditions, applicable Polish regulations, as well as the regulations of the destination countries; 24) in p...
