Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Air Conditioning Replacements - 320 Pasqua Street N, Regina further described below (the “Deliverables”):This project consists of the replacement of an air conditioning unit and the installation of a ductless split air conditioning unit, complete with associated refrigeration piping, electrical and plumbing and required roofing curbs for condensing units. Please see Ariba event for full details and specifications.Please Note:- All trades people are required to be licensed-There is a mandatory site walk through to attend in order to bid. The walk through will take place July 8, 2026 @ 11:00AM. Please see Ariba event section 1.1.1 for details.Failure to adequately meet these requirements may result in disqualification of the proposalContract term: From date of award to January 31, 2027 Participation process: Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below.
