The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, invites qualified national consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of professional translation services for Rwanda’s Third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0).
The assignment involves the comprehensive translation of the NDC 3.0 document (approximately 152 pages) from English into Kinyarwanda, ensuring high standards of linguistic quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with Rwanda’s institutional terminology and climate policy frameworks.
The scope of work includes full document translation, technical review and validation with climate policy experts, development of a bilingual terminology glossary, and delivery of a fully formatted final document consistent with the original layout.
