Agency: FAO | Reference: 2026/SNEXD/SNEDD/137323 | Type: Request for proposal Consultancy services to conduct a comprehensive multidisciplinary assessment and develop a rehabilitation and operational plan for abandoned or underperforming agricultural exploitations in the Fezzan region of Libya, focusing on: • irrigation water productivity • sustainable land use • infrastructure rehabilitation • socio-economic and governance analysis • capacity development and knowledge transfer The consultancy will provide technical, operational and managerial recommendations and support for the rehabilitation and sustainable exploitation of selected agricultural farms.
