Description

The Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada Department has a requirement for Airport Operations including Facilities Management and Coordination of Airport Courtesies for two facilities at the Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport, to meet the needs of Global Affairs Canada’s Office of Protocol. The services are for providing greet and meet to foreign and Canadian dignitaries. a) Canada Reception Centre (CRC) Terminal Lounge within the Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Main Terminal; and b) Canada Reception Centre (CRC) Hangar 11 at the Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (near the main terminal). The services provided by the Contractor pertain to the management and operation of the CRC facilities for arrivals/departures and special events. When customs courtesies and/or security exemptions are granted to special client, dignitaries, VIP’s, the Project Authority will advise the Contractor to ensure that appropriate formalities are accorded.. UNSPSC: *Specialized accommodation services (*90111900). Method: Competitive - Open bidding. Selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price. Trade Agreements: *Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
