Description

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as "EIT UM") seeks to appoint a Private Health Insurance Provider (hereinafter referred to as "the Tenderer") to provide private health insurance coverage for employees of the following contractual entities in Spain: • EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L. • EIT Urban Mobility Foundation • EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub South S.L. EIT UM intends to appoint a single insurance provider covering all employees included within the scope of this procurement. For administrative and accounting purposes, the successful Tenderer will be required to maintain separate contractual arrangements, invoicing, reporting and cost allocation for each participating legal entity.
