Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of UPS-C Replacement and Distribution - 1825 Lorne St, Regina as further described below (the “Deliverables”):The project includes the installation of a new 2MW UPS including input switchgear, and output distribution panels. Following the completion of the installation of the new UPS, the old unit will be required to be removed.Mandatory Requirements:- COR Certification- Bonding- Mandatory Walk Through on August 13, 2026 @ 9:00AM (see section 1.1.1 of Ariba event for details)Contract Term: From award to November 15, 2028This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) Participation process: Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.
