The World Health Organization, Regional Office for Africa (WHO/AFRO), invites qualified consultants to submit proposals to conduct a high level review of health information systems (HIS) platforms currently in use at WHO/AFRO and to propose a roadmap for rationalization and integration within a unified regional digital architecture.

1. Please acknowledge receipt of this RFP by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a proposal or not, no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026

Please submit any requests for clarification no later than Monday, May 4, 2026
3. Please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this RFP and submit it no later than Thursday, May 7, 2026
