Agency: ITC | Reference: RFQ 2200341708-EL_Rev1 | Type: Request for quotation ITC is seeking to contract an experienced service provider, for 4 months, to design, organize, and implement a large-scale onsite hackathon in Argentina. The goal is for the hackathon to mobilize 300 young people from Buenos Aires and other regions and help them generate innovative solutions to support social innovation. The innovative solutions must be linked to the Global Gateway1 and must be in the following areas: technologies for biodiversity protection, green and agricultural transition, sustainable mobility and sustainable waste management.The Objectives of the successful contractor are to:Design and deliver a structured hackathon methodology ensuring effective implementation across pre-event, event, and post-event phases.Mobilize and engage a diverse cohort of at least 300 young participants, ensuring a minimum of 30% women participationSuccessfully implement a large-scale onsite hackathon, ensuring smooth logistics, strong participant engagement, and minimal attrition.Generate and capture up to 250 innovative ideas while ensuring structured documentation of outputs.Establish and implement a robust monitoring and reporting system, providing accurate activity insights.Please refer to the tender documents attached herewith for full details.
