Description

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors to redevelop the Heidelberg Theatre at 36 Turnham Ave, Rosanna VIC 3084, as Part of the Banyule City Council's Capital Works Program 2026-27. Banyule City Council appointed Cassisi Architects to redevelop Heidelberg Theatre. After meeting with stakeholders, the consultant developed new floor plans for the ground and mezzanine floors. The proposed plans include changing the existing space activities & adding new spaces on the ground & mezzanine floors. The redevelopment of the Heidelberg Theatre includes extending the foyer, upgrading male & female toilets, adding an accessible toilet, providing storage, & providing accessible access from the foyer to the Theatre Hall.
