Rijwoningen Langhietszoom Delftlanden Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Emmen De gemeente Emmen is eigenaar van verschillende gronden in de wijk Delftlanden. De gronden aan de Langhietszoom maken daar onderdeel van uit. Op deze locatie zijn meerdere bouwkavels beschikbaar voor aanvullende woningbouw binnen de bestaande stedenbouwkundige hoofdstructuur van Delftlanden. Deze verkoopprocedure heeft specifiek betrekking op de kavels die zijn bestemd voor de realisatie van acht rijwoningen, verdeeld over twee woonblokken (hierna aangeduid als: “de percelen”). De gemeente zoekt hiervoor een projectontwikkelaar die de percelen in eigendom overneemt en de woningen voor eigen rekening en risico ontwikkelt en realiseert, met inachtneming van de door de gemeente gestelde voorwaarden en uitgangspunten.
