RLT BSK - Testing of technical systems and facilities

Performance of the test according to the state ordinance on the testing of technical systems and facilities according to building code law (Testing Ordinance – PrüfVO of January 26, 2024). Furthermore, the principles for testing technical systems in accordance with the Testing Ordinance by supervisory recognized test experts - Schleswig-Holstein - (Decree of the Ministry of the Interior of September 10, 2021 – Ref.: IV 543 – 515.253.0) apply. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ GMSH provides locally and system-knowledgeable personnel for the testing period. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The coordination of testing appointments will be done with a contact person from GMSH. Work on the property may not begin without the consent of GMSH. Dates and TGA documents will be provided in digital form in good time before the testing date. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Submission of the test report within ten working days after the test has been carried out. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Should re-tests or principle-of-operation tests be required, these will be billed according to time and effort. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The test experts commissioned by the contractor must be registered on the current "List of supervisory recognized test experts for the testing of technical systems of the state of Schleswig-Holstein". __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The properties may have the following systems to be tested: Supply and exhaust air systems with fire dampers, emergency lighting as single battery lights, central emergency lighting, natural or mechanical smoke exhaust systems, pressure ventilation systems, power generation units, battery and charging equipment, central battery systems, fire alarm systems, alarm systems, CO warning systems, sprinkler systems, gas extinguishing systems, systems with wet risers. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a framework agreement. There is no entitlement to minimum purchase quantities. Expected quantities can be found in the service description.
