Description

Gegenstand der Aufgabe ist der Umbau und die Umnutzung des bestehenden Gebäudes RO 1033 an der Sandgrubenstrasse 41 in Basel zu einem modernen Labor- und Bürogebäude. Das Gebäude wird umfassend saniert, technisch erneuert und an heutige sowie zukünftige Anforderungen in Bezug auf Nutzung, Flexibilität, Nachhaltigkeit, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit angepasst. Im Erdgeschoss soll ein öffentlicher und einladender Charakter mit Lobby-, Meeting- und Gewerbeflächen entstehen, während die Obergeschosse flexibel als Multi-Tenant-Labor- und Büroflächen genutzt werden können. Das Projekt berücksichtigt die schrittweise Öffnung des Areals Rosental, die städtebauliche Einbindung sowie eine eigenständige, vom Areal unabhängige Erschliessung und Versorgung des Gebäudes. Ziel ist ein langfristig nutzbares, qualitativ hochwertiges und wirtschaftliches Gebäude, das auf unterschiedliche Mieterbedürfnisse reagieren kann. BKP 373 Laboreinrichtungen
