Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice: This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete culvert replacement near Buffalo Narrows, Saskatchewan.

Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date..  The work is expected to take place as early as June 2026, with a specified completion date as early as July 24, 2026. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.Description of the Procurement:SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TWO 2 200 mm DIAMETER POLYMER LAMINATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPE CULVERTS by open excavation of the Roadway on Highway No. 155, 45.32 km northwest of its junction with Highway No. 165; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 76 m.Any questions regarding the above can be sent toRFXquestions@gov.sk.caca with the subject line: “H26055- Advance Notice”.Tender documents will be added when available.

The following quantities are initial design estimates and are subject to change in the issued tender documents. Estimated Quantities: Proposed Culverts 2 – 2 200 mm x 38 m Polymer Laminated Corrugated Steel Pipe Culverts 125 mm x 25 mm corrugations 2.8 mm wall thickness 11 m, 16 m, and 11 m segment lengths 4 couplers in total Granular Base Course – 170 t End Stiffener – 2 Riprap Type I – 130 m3 Riprap Type II – 80 m3 Granular Backfill – 850 t Approximate Embankment Height = 4.7 m Deposit with each Tender - 5% of total bid Deputy Minister of Highways Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
