The scope of works includes, in particular: a) assessment and preparation of the existing substrate, b) cleaning of the terrace surface, c) execution of necessary local repairs of the existing covering, d) replacement of 8 roof drains with system drains of 160mm diameter, including connection to rainwater downpipes of approximately 1mb for each drain, e) sealing of all flashings, details, terrace drains, installation penetrations, expansion joints, etc. using a liquid polyurethane mass with the addition of dispersed fiber and other elements present on the terrace, f) execution of a priming layer consistent with the waterproofing system, g) execution of a two-layer seamless polyurea waterproofing membrane applied cold, including turning up onto walls and other terrace elements. h) execution of as-built documentation. 3. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, which consists of the following documentation: - Description of the Subject of the Order – attachment 2 to the SWZ, - Technical documentation – attachment 2a to the SWZ, - STWOIRB – attachment 2b to the SWZ, and the Draft Contract, which is attachment no. 5 to the SWZ.
