Original language: ukСтрок поставки товару: протягом 3 календарних днів з моменту одержання відповідної заявки від Замовника, але не пізніше 24.04.2026 року включно. Строк поставки товару може бути змінений за згодою Сторін, про що укладається відповідна додаткова угода до цього Договору. Адреса постачання: вул. Володимирська, 2, м. Олевськ, Коростенський район, Житомирська обл., 11001.
Постачальник повинен поставити Замовнику товар, якість якого відповідає затвердженим стандартам України. Товар повинен відповідати умовам Специфікації та вимогам до товару, що передбачені умовами закупівлі.
Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником за власний рахунок з урахуванням витрат, пов’язаних з транспортуванням до місця призначення, навантаженням, розвантаженням.
Розрахунки за поставлений товар проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після пред’явлення Постачальником рахунка на оплату товару. Для проведення оплати до рахунка додається видаткова накладна та/або товарно-транспортна накладна.
Замовник оплачує отриманий товар протягом 7 банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару.
