De deelopdrachten voor de gemeenten zullen afzonderlijk per gemeente worden afgerekend. • In de huidige situatie hebben Leiderdorp en Oegstgeest een afzonderlijk contract of deden het gezamenlijk met de gemeente Leiden. In deze opdracht zullen zij gezamenlijk aanbesteden. • De opdracht vallen onder de afdelingen beheer en onderhoud en staan ook in het teken van doelmatig beheer. Omvang van de Opdracht • De opdracht bestaat uit het reinigen van totaal ruim 62.000 kolken. In Leiderdorp twee maal (zit al in de totale hoeveelheid) in een jaar en in Oegstgeest één maal. Daarnaast ook nog een aantal lijngoten en zandvangers waarvan het aantal onbekend is. • In Oegstgeest zal de uitvoering in januari dienen plaats te vinden. In Leiderdorp in het najaar en voorjaar. In het najaar geldt voor beide gemeenten dat de uitvoering plaatsvindt nadat het merendeel van het blad van de bomen af moet zijn. • Bij een correcte uitvoering tot tevredenheid van de opdrachtgever zullen de opdrachtnemers gebruik wensen te maken van de verlenging. Echter behoudt de opdrachtgever ook het recht om na een jaar om interne bedrijfsmatige redenen niet tot verlenging over te gaan. Zie leidraad
