Központosított közbeszerzési keretmegállapodások (továbbiakban: KM) kötése a KEF Kr. hatálya alá tartozó kötelezett és önként csatlakozó intézmények részére "Röntgen gépek és kiegészítői javítása, karbantartása" tárgyban. A közbeszerzési dokumentum mellékletét képező 1_rész_ajánlati_árlista.xlsx fájl valamennyi sorára (a feltüntetett szolgáltatásokra) kötelező az ajánlattétel. Az igényelt szolgáltatások tartalmát a közbeszerzési dokumentumok műszaki leírása tartalmazza. Az eljárás több ajánlattevővel történő keretmegállapodás megkötésére irányul. Az egyedi szerződések megkötésére vagy közvetlen megrendelésre a Kbt.105.§ (2) bekezdés b) pontja szerint kerülhet sor. Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltak alapján a meghatározott gyártmányú vagy eredetű dologra, illetve konkrét eljárásra, amely egy adott gazdasági szereplő termékeit vagy az általa nyújtott szolgáltatásokat jellemzi, vagy védjegyre, szabadalomra, tevékenységre, személyre, típusra vagy adott származásra vagy gyártási folyamatra való hivatkozás esetén a hivatkozás mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezést is érteni kell.
