In der Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung (EAE) Essen ist der Betrieb einer vom Auftraggeber gestellten, fest installierten Röntgeneinrichtung ´SIEMENS Multix Select DR/ AXD 1872´ unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben und Vorschriften der Strahlenschutzverordnung (StrlSchV) in ihrer jeweils aktuellen Fassung, sowie die zugehörige IT syngo.plaza Workstation/ BND 1508, zwecks Ausschlusses von infektiöser Tuberkulose(TBC) von neu ankommenden Flüchtlingen zu erbringen. Bei der EAE Essen handelt es sich um eine Einrichtung des Landes NRW, zu deren Hauptaufgaben die erste medizinische Untersuchung (gemäß § 62 AsylG) sowie die Registrierung der ankommenden Flüchtlinge und Asylsuchenden gehört. Nach erfolgter Untersuchung und Registrierung können die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in weiteren Unterbringungseinrichtungen des Landes untergebracht werden. Der Auftragnehmer betreibt die landeseigene Röntgenanlage inkl. Software zwecks Durchführung des TBC-Ausschlusses sämtlicher in der EAE Essen ankommender Flüchtlinge und Asylsuchenden.
