The City of Clarence invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to provide Business Case Consultancy Services for the Rosny Creative Precinct Business Case and Master Plan project. The consultancy forms part of an integrated multidisciplinary project to develop a Strategic and Detailed Business Case and Precinct Master Plan to Development Application level. The City of Clarence is leading planning for a multi-use Cultural and Creative Industries Precinct at Rosny Parklands, adjacent to Rosny Farm, the City’s principal cultural facility. In November 2025, Council secured $1.67 million through the Australian Government’s urban Precincts and Partnerships Program to develop a Business Case and Precinct Master Plan for the proposed precinct.
