Demolition and construction of a viaduct on Warszawska Street in Siedlce" in the design and build formula

The subject of the order in this procedure is the design and execution of construction works within the investment task entitled: "Demolition and construction of a viaduct on Warszawska Street in Siedlce" in the design and build formula with the following scope: 1) execution of design documentation, in particular: a) updated map for design purposes b) geotechnical conditions for the foundation of buildings (Opinion on Soil Investigation Documentation, Geotechnical Design); c) geo-engineering and hydrogeological documentation preceded, if necessary, by Geological Works Projects and Geophysical Research Programs; d) design materials for obtaining opinions, approvals and permits required by special regulations; e) if necessary, materials for the application for a decision on environmental conditions; f) all materials and documents necessary to obtain any deviations from applicable special regulations (resulting from the solutions adopted by the Contractor); g) construction design (taking into account in particular the indication of the category of the designed elements) along with all accompanying elaborations; h) design documentation concerning technical infrastructure of utility networks; i) complete materials enabling the correct conduct of road safety audits; j) permanent traffic organization design; k) information and Health and Safety Plan; l) execution design along with all accompanying elaborations, including, but not limited to, for the engineering structure, a technical description with complete and ordered static and strength calculations for the load-bearing structures of spans, supports and foundations, containing: - assumptions adopted for calculations, input data, i.e., load class, adjustment factors, etc., - static diagrams (drawings and sketches) adopted for static and strength calculations of main elements, - values of internal forces from permanent and utility loads and impacts for ULS and SLS, - values of stresses in the extreme fibers of load-bearing elements in the operational and non-operational phases, - maximum permissible deflections of girders and settlements of supports; m) traffic organization designs for the construction period; n) Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works corresponding to the solutions of the Construction Design and Execution Design; o) investor's cost estimates and bills of quantities for each trade; p) as-built documentation; q) other documents necessary for the correct implementation of the investment (related to the design solutions, technology and organization of works and deliveries to the construction site applied by the Contractor). 2) Execution of construction works in accordance with the developed Functional-Utility Program and the assumptions of the description of the subject of the order, constituting an appendix to the SWZ, design and cost documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, as well as all administrative decisions, approvals, guidelines, permits. 3) The scope of works also includes the execution by the Contractor of all works related to OHS requirements, organization and undisturbed execution of the contract. 4) Wood from tree felling is the property of the Ordering Party. Wood and branch debris in the form of wood chips should be handed over to the Ordering Party at a location indicated by them within the administrative boundaries of the city of Siedlce. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the Ordering Party's requirements regarding its implementation are included in the tender documentation, in particular in the Functional-Utility Program constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and Chapter 5 of the SWZ
