MODERNIZATION OF THE LODZ REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DATABASE THROUGH INTEGRATION OF EN AND DOM5 SYSTEMS

Partial task no. 1 4.1. /numbering according to SWZ/ The subject of the order is the MODERNIZATION OF THE LODZ REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DATABASE THROUGH INTEGRATION OF EN AND DOM5 SYSTEMS for the Project entitled: "City Management based on spatial databases with the development of e-services" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the regional program European Funds for the Lodzkie Voivodeship 2021-2027. 4.2. The subject of the order is the preparation and implementation of a Solution that will enable integration between the EN and DOM5 systems for communal real estate, State Treasury real estate, and real estate with an unregulated legal status. 4.3. The subject of the order will be carried out in successive stages: a. Stage I: i. conducting pre-implementation analysis, ii. presenting to the Ordering Party and obtaining approval for the project. The project element must include a specification of changes necessary to be made in the DOM5 and EN products. These works, being dependent on copyright, will be the subject of separate supplementary orders directed to companies holding such rights. b. Stage II: i. Support for the Ordering Party in preparing specifications for proceedings directed at elements of the Solution designed in stage I of the Solution elements, ii. participation in acceptance tests of elements resulting from the presented design, carried out by contractors of supplementary orders referred to in point ii of this section, iii. execution, according to the prepared design, of the product constituting the central part of the Solution, iv. participation in acceptance tests of works carried out within the framework of supplementary orders, v. installation and configuration of the Solution in the Ordering Party's production environment, vi. conducting acceptance tests of the entire Solution, vii. delivery of post-implementation documentation and licenses. c. Stage III: i. provision of Service and technical support for the entire Solution. 4.4. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order (hereinafter: "OPZ") is described in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. 4.5. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the order under the terms and conditions presented in the draft Agreement, which is Annex No. 4.1. to the SWZ. 4.6. The detailed scope of obligations for the execution of the subject of the order and payment terms are indicated in the draft Agreement, which is Annex No. 4.1. to the SWZ. 4.7. The Contractor is obliged to have civil liability insurance throughout the entire period of the service and to present proof of its conclusion, the insurer's liability conditions, and proof of premium payment to the Ordering Party on the day of concluding the agreement. 4.8. The order will be carried out in accordance with the "Work and Financial Schedule", which will be finally agreed upon by the Parties to the agreement within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement. 4.9. The execution of the order must be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all requirements contained in the SWZ with annexes and any Information for Contractors. The Contractor, at the stage of order execution, performs the subject of the order in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements.
