Expansion of district road No. 3351L (ul. Peowiaków) from km 0+000.00 to km 0+881.44 and district road No. 3332L (ul. Przemysłowa) from km 0+012.00 to km 0+078.39 in Zamość

1. Subject of the order: 1.1. The subject of the order is the expansion of district road No. 3351L (ul. Peowiaków) from km 0+000.00 to km 0+881.44 and district road No. 3332L (ul. Przemysłowa) from km 0+012.00 to km 0+078.39 in Zamość. 1.2. Scope of the order: The scope of the order includes the expansion of district road No. 3351L (ul. Peowiaków) from km 0+000.00 to km 0+881.44 and district road No. 3332L (ul. Przemysłowa) from km 0+012.00 to km 0+078.39 in Zamość. The scope of the task includes: - construction of a new road surface, - reconstruction of driveways, - reconstruction of the intersection with ul. Przemysłowa, - reconstruction of bus bays and parking spaces, - reconstruction of pedestrian and bicycle paths, - relocation of existing lampposts, - construction and reconstruction of storm drainage, - reconstruction of the existing gas pipeline, - felling of existing trees and shrubs obstructing the investment, - construction of new street lighting (lighting of pedestrian crossings), - dismantling of existing signage and installation of new vertical and horizontal signage, - dismantling of existing and installation of new bus shelters and elements of small architecture, i.e. bins, benches, - execution of compensatory plantings, - dismantling of banners and advertising masts, - preparation of temporary traffic organization. 2. Temporary and permanent traffic organization: As part of the expansion of district road No. 3351L (ul. Peowiaków) from km 0+000.00 to km 0+881.44 and district road No. 3332L (ul. Przemysłowa) from km 0+012.00 to km 0+078.39 in Zamość, the Contractor is obliged to prepare temporary traffic organization and signage for the construction site and subsequently execute horizontal and vertical signage in accordance with the approved permanent traffic organization. 3. The Ordering Party requires the execution of as-built maps in the amount of 6 copies (for each street). 4. The subject of the order should be executed in accordance with the principles of modern technical knowledge, applicable regulations and standards, and the content of the documentation should be adapted to the specifics and nature of the investment task. 5. A detailed description of the execution and scope of works is included in the design and cost documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, which are annexes No. 13 to the SWZ, in Polish Standards or technical approvals, technical conditions for execution and acceptance of works, in the draft contract, which is annex No. 12 to the SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party informs that the names of manufacturers, trademarks, patents or origin, sources or particular processes, regarding the required materials, devices, equipment or goods – indicated in the design documentation – the Ordering Party recommends treating such indications as examples and allows the use of equivalent materials and devices in the execution of the order, provided that they guarantee the achievement of technical, functional and operational parameters not worse than those assumed in the design documentation. These changes must be beneficial to the Ordering Party, e.g., reduce operating and maintenance costs, improve technical parameters, constitute an update of solutions due to technological progress and changes in applicable regulations. Equivalent materials used must correspond to the technical and quality characteristics of the materials and devices indicated in the technical documentation, and have appropriate approvals, certificates and technical approvals. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described in the technical documentation is obliged to demonstrate that the materials and devices used meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party – Art. 101 sec. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law. The names and types of devices and equipment given in the design documentation are not finally binding, provided that the Contractor proposes, and the site supervisor and designer approve, materials, devices and equipment no worse than those provided for by the standard specified in this documentation. 7.
