Expansion of Provincial Road No. 473 on the Łask – Teodory Section

This tender concerns the expansion and reconstruction of Provincial Road No. 473, specifically on the sections from kilometer 80+636.87 to 82+537.37 and from kilometer 83+253.00 to 83+848.71. The scope of works includes the expansion and reconstruction of intersections with municipal roads, construction of a pedestrian-cycle path, demolition and construction of sidewalks, demolition and construction of access roads with covered ditches, and demolition and construction of bus bays. Additionally, the project involves the reconstruction of a road-rail crossing, demolition and construction of storm drainage systems, construction of retention-infiltration tanks, demolition, reconstruction, and construction of ditches, demolition and construction of culverts, and demolition and construction of lighting systems. The scope also includes the reconstruction of electrical, telecommunication, and water supply networks, as well as tree and shrub planting, and horizontal and vertical signage. Detailed specifications are provided in the project documentation, including construction, execution, and technical designs, along with technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, in accordance with Polish public procurement law. The contracting authority requires measures to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs. Furthermore, the contractor is obliged to personally perform key tasks related to the execution of bituminous layers of the carriageway structure (main base layer and binder and wearing courses), excluding the production and transport of mineral-bituminous mixtures. The contracting authority also reserves the possibility of granting follow-up contracts for similar works to the main contractor within three years of the primary contract award, up to a net value of PLN 12,195,121.95.
