Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 484 na odcinku Zelów – Bełchatów - II Etap

1. The scope of construction works planned for implementation within the expansion of provincial road No. 484 on the Zelów - Bełchatów section includes: • expansion of the provincial road from km 7+884 to km 18+177; • reconstruction and expansion of intersections with district and municipal roads; • reconstruction and expansion of district roads No. 2308E, 1904E.; • reconstruction of municipal roads No. 101469E, 101152E, 101263E, • expansion and reconstruction of municipal roads No. 101812E, 101811E, 101813E, 101251E; • construction of a temporary road with a temporary bridge and a temporary drainage ditch; • demolition and construction of a bridge; • demolition and construction of culverts along with amphibian crossings under the provincial road body; • construction of sidewalks, bicycle paths allowing pedestrian traffic; • demolition and construction of entrances along with covered ditches under the entrances; • construction of bus bays, • construction and reconstruction of the drainage system, construction of retention-infiltration ditches, open and covered ditches, construction of a storm sewer, construction of a retention-infiltration tank, infiltration basin; • reconstruction of drainage ditches; • construction of riverbed reinforcement of the Pilsia River, • construction and reconstruction of road lighting; • reconstruction of networks: power, water supply, sewage, and telecommunication networks; • demolition of buildings; • construction of an acoustic screen. 2. During the implementation of the task covered by this order, measures to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs, referred to in the Act of July 19, 2019, on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, must be applied. 3. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of personal performance of key tasks related to: the execution of bituminous layers of the roadway structure (main base layer and binder and wearing courses). This requirement does not apply to the production and transport of mineral-bituminous mixture. 4. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of granting, within 3 years from the date of awarding the main contract, to the current contractor of services or construction works, a contract consisting of the repetition of similar services or construction works, consistent with the subject of the main contract, up to the amount of PLN 23,525,580.78 net.
