Expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 785 in the Silnica – Silniczka section

1. The scope of construction works planned for the expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 785 includes: • expansion of the voivodeship road from km 10+773 to km 13+523 • reconstruction and expansion of intersections with communal and poviat roads • reconstruction and expansion of poviat road No. 3907E • reconstruction and expansion of communal roads No.: 112608E, 112607E • demolition and construction of culverts under the voivodeship road body • demolition and construction of a reinforced concrete amphibian passage • construction of sidewalks • demolition and construction of entrances along with covered trenches under entrances • construction of bus bays • construction and reconstruction of drainage systems, open and covered ditches, construction of storm sewers and drainage • reconstruction of drainage ditches • construction of a technological channel • construction and reconstruction of road lighting • reconstruction of networks: power, water supply, and telecommunications • felling and securing of remaining trees and new plantings The detailed description of the subject of the order is the project documentation (projects: construction, execution, and technical, quantity surveys) and the Technical Specifications for Execution and Assembly of Works in accordance with Art. 103 sec. 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law. Until June 30, 2026, there will be a detour for trucks on DW 785 in the aforementioned section due to the construction of the Włoszczowa Bypass. Passage in both directions with two lanes must be ensured. Works cannot be carried out on the section from km 10+773 to 12+520 (Polichno) until the reconstruction of DW 786 is completed, scheduled for October 30, 2026. 2. During the implementation of the task covered by this order, measures to ensure accessibility for persons with special needs, as referred to in the Act of July 19, 2019, on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, should be applied. 3. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks related to: the execution of bituminous layers of the road structure (main base layer and binder and wearing courses). This requirement does not apply to the production and transport of mineral-bituminous mixture. 4. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of granting, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic order, to the current contractor of services or construction works, an order consisting of the repetition of similar services or construction works, consistent with the subject of the basic order, up to the amount of PLN 8,169,344.21 net.
