Expansion of server infrastructure

The subject of the order is the expansion of server infrastructure. The subject of the order has been divided into a basic order and an option right, i.e.: Within the basic order: The Contractor undertakes to supply the Contracting Authority with two rack servers with a 5-year warranty and manufacturer's service support, for the needs of the database environment, in accordance with the description indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Agreement – SOPZ. Within the option right: The Contractor undertakes to supply the Contracting Authority with one rack server with a 5-year warranty and manufacturer's service support, for the needs of the virtualization environment, in accordance with the description indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Agreement - SOPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order, quality requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) are included in the draft agreement (along with its appendices), which is an Appendix to the SWZ. In accordance with Art. 133 sec. 3 of the Pzp Act, due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in Appendix No. 1 (SOPZ), the Contracting Authority cannot make the aforementioned part of the SWZ available on the proceedings website. The Contracting Authority has specified in the contract notice and tender documents the method of access to this information and the requirements related to the protection of its confidential nature.
