Original language: Polish1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa obecnie eksploatowanego Szpitalnego Systemu Informatycznego (SSI) o nowe moduły i funkcjonalności oraz integracja z obecnie użytkowanymi przez Zamawiającego systemami w ramach projektu pn. „Transformacja cyfrowa Ortopedyczno Rehabilitacyjnego Szpitala Klinicznego Im. Wiktora Degi Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Karola Marcinkowskiego w zakresie gromadzenia i przetwarzania danych medycznych, ucyfrowienia dokumentacji medycznej, cyberbezpieczeństwa i analiz wspomaganych w działalności leczniczej”, w ramach Inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia” będącej elementem komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia”. 2.Projekt realizowany jest w ramach Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (KPO), współfinansowany ze środków Instrumentu na rzecz Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (RRF) w ramach funduszu europejskiego NextGenerationEU, nr projektu: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0001/25. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: a. Dostawa systemu HIS w konfiguracji modułów funkcjonalnych: Pulpit Lekarski, Pulpit Ambulatoryjny, Pulpit Pielęgniarski wraz harmonogramami czasu pracy, Pulpit Rejestracyjny, Blok operacyjny, Ordynacja Leków, Rozbudowa interfejsu EDM (EDM modyfikacja interfejsu), Moduł wymiany EDM (EDM Gateway). b. Moduł rozbudowy systemu informatycznego szpitala dla indeksacji EDM w systemie P1. c.Integracja Szpitala z Platformą Usług Inteligentnych w zakresie danych obrazowania medycznego i wyników analiz wspomaganych AI. d. Integracja urządzeń medycznych diagnostyki obrazowej z systemem PACS. e. Utrzymanie systemu HIS w rozbudowanym zakresie funkcjonalności w okresie 3 lat. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku do SWZ (Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zwany dalej „OPZ”).
