Expansion of the Contracting Authority's environment through the supply of IT equipment necessary to ensure communication and high availability (HA) for the data processing center

1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the Contracting Authority's environment through the supply of IT equipment necessary to ensure communication and high availability (HA) for the data processing center, which consists of: 1) in the scope of the basic order: a) supply of Equipment, i.e. 2 units of Load Balancers, consisting of a total of 2 chassis units with 16 blade modules, 8 per each of the delivered chassis, meeting the requirements specified in Annex 1a and 1b to the OPZ, including unloading to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the requirements contained in Chapter II of the OPZ, b) supply of Equipment, 2 units of Load Balancers, consisting of a total of 2 chassis units with 4 blade modules, 2 per each of the delivered chassis, meeting the requirements specified in Annex 1a and 1b to the OPZ, including unloading to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the requirements contained in Chapter II of the OPZ, c) implementation of the Equipment delivered within the basic order in accordance with Annex 3 to the OPZ, d) ensuring by the Contractor the provision of a Warranty by the Equipment manufacturer for the Equipment delivered within the basic order, on the terms described in Chapter III to the OPZ, e) provision by the Contractor of technical assistance in the amount of up to 200 working hours on the terms described in Chapter V of the OPZ 2) in the scope of the option order: a) supply of Equipment, i.e. a maximum of 2 units of Load Balancer appliance type meeting the requirements specified in Annex 1c to the OPZ, including unloading to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the requirements contained in Chapter II of the OPZ, b) supply of Equipment, i.e. a maximum of 12 blade modules, 6 per each of the Load Balancers delivered within the basic order, meeting the requirements specified in Annex 1b to the OPZ, including necessary mounting accessories and unloading to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Chapter II of the OPZ, c) implementation of the Equipment delivered within the order under the option right in accordance with Annex 3 to the OPZ, d) ensuring by the Contractor the provision of a Warranty by the Equipment manufacturer for the delivered Equipment, on the terms described in Chapter III to the OPZ, e) provision by the Contractor of technical assistance in the amount of up to 400 working hours on the terms described in Chapter V of the OPZ. 2.
