The subject of the order is the execution of construction works entitled: "Expansion of the road system of Płk. Dąbka street between the intersections with Derdowskiego street and Andersa street, including the reconstruction of intersections and the construction of an additional overpass along Płk. Dąbka street". The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1. execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party (annex no. 1.1), technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works (annex no. 1.2), directives for the execution of construction works (annex 1.3), guidelines developed by the City Gardener's Department (annex no. 1.4), diagram of a cyclist's support (annex no. 1.5), and taking into account the provisions of point 3.6 of the SWZ; 2. obtaining a decision on permission for use or submitting an effective notification of completion of works to the competent building supervision authority and submitting the obtained permission for use or a document confirming the effectiveness of the notification to the Ordering Party; The Contractor shall determine independently which parts of the subject of the order and by what deadline require such permission or notification. The Ordering Party will grant the Contractor appropriate powers in this regard.
