Predmetom zákazky je dodanie Diela a jeho následná prevádzková podpora, vrátane migrácie všetkých údajov a modulov z aktuálne prevádzkovaného informačného systému Integračná platforma BSK (isvs_10949) alebo udržiavania aktuálne používaného IS. Súčasťou zákazky sú aj moduly Dotácie, Dovolenky, Záväzné stanoviská o územnom plánovaní a modul Verejné obstarávanie. Predmet zákazky, rozsah zákazky je detailne popísaný v Prílohe H.1– Zmluva_ZoD na dodávku softvérového diela (príloha č. 1 ZoD) a v Prílohe H.1_Rámcovej dohode na podporu, zmeny a rozvoj informačného systému BSK (SLA) (príloha č.7 RD), (ďalej len ako „zmluvy“), ktorá tvorí neoddeliteľnú súčasť týchto súťažných podkladov. Požadované je vypracovanie DIZ a EXIT Plánu registratúry. Doba implementácie diela je stanovená do 1.1.2027. Pripúšťa sa alternatívne riešenie, ktoré bude spĺňať požiadavky na dielo špecifikované v Opise predmetu zákazky.
