Development of accessibility of community social services – construction of CHB Hořice – electrical equipment

The subject of the contract is the complete supply and installation of electrical equipment according to the project documentation for the construction "Development of accessibility of community social services – construction of CHB Hořice". The subject of the electrical equipment supply is specified by the attached project documentation and bill of quantities. All technical conditions are stated as minimum (or, depending on their nature, as maximum) and binding. The supplier is entitled to offer performance with better parameters than those set by the contracting authority as minimum, or, depending on their nature, maximum. In such a case, the supplier is obliged to prove that the parameter offered by them actually represents a better fulfillment of the given technical condition. In case of requirements for the color design of elements, it is possible, with the approval of the architect and the contracting authority, to change the color design, provided that this color design does not affect the final price of the element. Annex No. 2a – project documentation includes, among others, the file "list of interior elements". This file contains a list of all interior elements, as it is comprehensive project documentation for the interior. However, interior furnishing items (furniture) are not the subject of performance of this public contract, as they are the subject of performance of a separate public contract. The subject of performance of this public contract includes only the items listed in Annex No. 2b – itemized budget. Suppliers shall therefore only price items that are listed in the itemized budget. An integral part of the subject of the public contract is, in particular: a) transport to the place of performance, installation, commissioning including verification of its functionality, performance of all operational tests and prescribed tests according to the relevant valid legal regulations, verification of declared technical parameters; b) instruction ("training") of personnel; c) issuance of a protocol on training or instruction of personnel, and a protocol authorizing subsequent instruction of personnel in the use of the subject of the public contract for the designated user employee; d) signing of the handover protocol; e) provision of comprehensive warranty service and repairs, including the supply of spare parts; f) delivery of documents necessary for the use of the goods, such as user/maintenance manuals in Czech (also in electronic form on CD/DVD), relevant certificates, attestations proving that the device is manufactured in accordance with valid safety standards and ČSN, a copy of the declaration of conformity (CE declaration) and possibly others; g) ecological disposal of packaging material in which the goods were delivered; h) maintaining order at the place of performance and after the completion of installation and delivery of the subject of the public contract, cleaning the place of performance and restoring it to its original condition; i) the obligation, at their own expense, to provide suitable and effective protection (e.g., protective film) for all structures and equipment of the new building that could be damaged or soiled during the delivery of goods, and to remove it immediately after delivery at their own expense; j) other activities not explicitly listed, but which are inseparably linked with the realization of the performance and without which the performance is not possible.
