Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění poskytování sociálních služeb osobní asistence dle § 39 zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů dále jen „zákon o sociálních službách“), v souladu s dalšími ustanoveními zákona o sociálních službách a dále v souladu s vyhláškou č. 505/2006 Sb., kterou se provádějí některá ustanovení zákona o sociálních službách. Základní vymezení: Sociální služba osobní asistence je terénní služba poskytovaná osobám, které mají sníženou soběstačnost z důvodu věku, chronického onemocnění nebo zdravotního postižení, jejichž situace vyžaduje pomoc jiné fyzické osoby.
