Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn

2.1. The subject of the order includes the supply of equipment within the project entitled: Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn. 2.2. The subject of the order has been divided by the Contracting Authority and includes 9 parts: Part 1: Supply of household appliances/TVs within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2a Part 2: Supply of furniture within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2b Part 3: Supply of garden furniture within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2c Part 4: Supply of rehabilitation equipment within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2d Part 5: Supply of exercise equipment within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2 e Part 6: Supply of ICT equipment within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2f Part 7: Supply of catering equipment within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2g Part 8: Supply of board and educational games for seniors within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2h Part 9: Supply of decorative equipment within the project entitled. 'Development of social services in the Municipality of Kawęczyn' - annex 2i 2.3. General description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order includes the delivery of teaching aids and equipment in specified quantities to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the itemized quantity list (detailed description of the subject of the order) which is annex no. 2a-2i - to the inquiry. 2) The delivered aids and equipment must be brand new, functional, unused, not exhibited at trade fairs or exhibitions, undamaged and not encumbered by third-party rights, safe, complete, i.e. with all accessories necessary for their use. The offered aids and equipment must be complete and ready for use without additional purchases. 3) The Contractor shall ensure such packaging of the delivery as is required to prevent damage or deterioration of quality during transport to the place of delivery. 4) The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with operating instructions for the aids or - if they are available from the manufacturer in electronic form - provide WWW addresses where they can be downloaded. 5) The Contracting Authority requires a warranty and guarantee for the entire subject of the order specified in annex no. 2a-2i to the inquiry, for a period of 24 months. 6) The Contractor is obliged to deliver the goods under parts 2a, 2b, 2c, 2e, 2f, 2g, 2i to the Senior Active Club - Wojciechów 47A, 62-704 Kawęczyn, and for part 2d to the Municipal Social Welfare Center Kawęczyn 48, 62-704 Kawęczyn. Goods for the assortment items according to the description of the subject of the order will be delivered at the Contractor's own expense at a time agreed with the Contracting Authority, and will be unloaded and set up in the rooms indicated by the Contracting Authority. Delivery will take place on working days during hours agreed individually with the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority allows the delivery of the subject of the order by courier, provided that: • the delivered devices are actually small, light, mobile and do not require assembly or any additional preparatory actions for their use, • the delivery includes all necessary components (e.g. cables, software, manuals, certificates, technical documentation, etc.), • the shipment will be delivered directly to the indicated location – i.e. the courier cannot deliver the shipment, for example, only to a collection point or intermediate warehouse. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to refuse to accept the shipment in case of visible damage to the packaging or incompleteness of the delivery. • the provision regarding carrying in and assembly will not be required for devices that do not require such activities. 7) The Contractor undertakes to remove at his own expense all damages caused by the Contractor and incurred during the performance of the order. 8) The Contractor is liable to the Contracting Authority for defects of the subject of the order that reduce its value or usability and in the event of losses incurred as a result, the Contractor undertakes to cover them. 9) In part 6 for items 3 and 4 of the description of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority requires the assembly of the equipment and the provision of assembly materials. 2.4. Whenever trademarks, patents, origin, standards, approvals, technical specifications and systems of technical references are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions. Equivalence consists in the possibility of offering the subject of the order with no worse technical parameters, configurations, normative requirements, etc. 2.5.
