Provision of services in the area of ongoing maintenance of track facilities and tram stops in the tram network of Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH in the cities of Leipzig, Markkleeberg, Schkeuditz, and Taucha. || The estimated contract volume is EUR 8,000,000 net. This is based on the client's anticipated maximum annual budget, taking into account a possible total contract duration of eight years. To account for potential demand fluctuations and to establish a legally compliant upper limit, the binding maximum value of the framework agreement is set at EUR 9,000,000 net. The maximum value does not create an obligation for the client to procure services up to this amount. Remuneration will be solely for services actually procured; the actual contract volume may therefore be significantly lower than the estimated value. Upon reaching the maximum value, the framework agreement will automatically terminate; further procurements will subsequently be excluded. The anticipated individual order volumes generally range between EUR 25,000 and EUR 400,000 net. The anticipated number of individual orders per year is approximately four.
