Der vorliegende Vertrag wird als Abrufvertrag (Rahmenvertrag) ausgeschrieben. Der Auftraggeber erhält damit die Möglichkeit, innerhalb der vereinbarten Vertragslaufzeit bedarfsgerecht Leistungen und Produkte aus einem vorher definierten Produktkatalog abzurufen. Die einzelnen Komponenten, die im Rahmen dieses Produktkatalog angeboten werden, werden im weiteren Verlauf des Ausschreibungstextes detailliert beschrieben. Eine Mindestabnahmemenge besteht nicht; der Auftraggeber ist frei in der Auswahl und im Umfang der abzurufenden Leistungen und Produkte, wobei das Abrufvolumen gemäß den vertraglich festgelegten Höchstgrenzen begrenzt ist.
